Hi there! I am Jarisha Penelope, the proud owner of Nanny Boss and Company. I’m a passionate career nanny that started her journey in Summer of 2017. I’m deeply committed to advocating for whole families and supporting/coaching parents on their journey. As a public speaker, I enjoy sharing my insights on cultivating emotional intelligence in both children and parents. My mission is to bridge the gap between reliable, sustainable childcare and making it accessible for everyone. Empowering parents and caregivers along their journey through a future training program. 

Currently, I'm channeling my love for storytelling into writing my first children's book. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy writing poetry, singing my heart out, shopping, or creating inspiring and authentic content for my personal brand.
